Season Schedule Released

The 2019-20 Regular Season will open up on October 3rd, when the Island Champion, Central Attack host the Eastern Express at 6:30 at UPEI.

There will be a 30-game regular season including some inter-locking games with New Brunswick teams. Most of the inter-league games are yet to be scheduled and will be added later.

This season there has been a change to the overtime rule. If teams are tied after regulation they will play a 5-minute overtime period and two points will be awarded for a win, one point for a tie or an overtime loss.
